This family hotel is simply wonderful! The staff are happy and helpful, the food is excellent, and the rooms are clean, bright, and nicely decorated. The spacious and scenic hotel terrace overlooking Citara Bay is the cherry on the cake. Daniele and Rosa's hospitality is second to none.

We had a great stay at this hotel, with the best aspects being the beautiful sea view from our balcony, the helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and the convenient location near the beach and local attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the available parking and transportation options.

The hotel's dinner was exceptional and reasonably priced, with fresh seafood and new dishes daily. The location was perfect, with a 5-minute walk to a unique place with 22 thermal pools, different flowers, and a spa center. the hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The wifi was only available in a small area, which was also used by smokers.

The bed was too soft for my liking and the balcony was not very private. the majority of the guests were older and from the same country, making it less welcoming for young people or those from other nationalities.

The beds were slightly too soft for my liking, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.
